Our blends use coffee from several different regions to create a unique flavor. Q: How much coffee do I get? A: One whole sample is enough for one pot. Each 12-oz bag makes about 6-8 pots, 8-10 cups, depending on you, how much coffee you use each time and your coffee maker. Q: How can I order? A: There are four easy ways to order: 1. A: All orders placed by 2:30pm will be roasted that same day and shipped out the following business day. Any orders placed after 2:30pm will be roasted the next business day and shipped the business day following that. We use the day between roasting and packaging the coffee to marry our blends. Q: How much does a bag of coffee cost? A: Each 12-oz bag is $10.00. Q: What is the name of the brand? A: Parkside Coffee Q: Where are you located? A: Western New York Q: Can I return or exchange the coffee if I don’t like it? A: Yes, satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. Q: What are the shipping & handling costs? A: The shipping & handling charge for individual bags of coffee is based on the weight as determined by the number of bags. Starting at $4.95, the cost rises incrementally as shown below:

A: In 2-7 business days depending on your location. Local delivery usually takes no more than 2 days from your order being roasted. Q: How long will the coffee stay fresh? A: The coffee is freshly roasted when you place the order; we never pre-package any of our coffee. We recommend you use the whole bean within 3 weeks and the ground within 2 weeks. The fresher the coffee, the more you will notice the difference between our coffee and pre-packaged coffee off the shelf from a grocery store. Q: How should I store my coffee? A: In an airtight, light-free container, in a cool, dark area or room. For example, use a ceramic canning jar in a pantry. Q: Why can’t I just store the coffee in the fridge or freezer? A: Because that will lead to unwanted moisture. Q: What makes this coffee more expensive then the supermarket brands? A: Parkside roasts-to-order all of our blends with the finest Arabica beans in small-batch roasts. We offer the freshest coffee available and use special resealable packaging that keeps your coffee fresh. Q: How much coffee should I order at a time? A: It depends on how much coffee you drink, but keep in mind that each bag will give you 6-8 full pots of coffee. We recommend trying a few blends to find your favorite. Q: What are your medium roasts? A: SoHo, Avenue of the Americas, Central Park and Times Square Q: What are your dark roasts? A: As of right now yes, but we are working on new blends in the future. You will be advised when something new is added to the line or feel free to call and inquire at any time.
Q: Is the coffee decaffeinated naturally or chemically? A: Parkside Coffee uses only beans that are naturally decaffeinated using a water process rather than chemical solvents. Though chemical solvents are not harmful to your health, they do affect the quality of the coffee. Soaking the beans in water to dissolve the caffeine keeps the coffee solvent-free and maintains the true flavor of the coffee.  |
